My 5 Favorite Winter Outfits!

Hey everyone! Alright, I’m going to go out on a limb and say I think winter is finally over here in Michigan. Knock on wood! So, I’m going to do a round-up of my favorite looks from the frigid months.

This one was my favorite. I like how the tunic is low in the back and is almost as long as the skirt. Plus, all the deep moody colors, except with a soft bit of cream color around my face. And did you notice three patterns in this outfit? Very much my style! See original post here.

Ok, I admit it. These boots make every outfit look better so it doesn’t take a lot of skill to put together something stylish. These were lovely colors for deep, dark wintertime and adding the perfectly matched scarf and sunshiny purse was a great look for me I think. See original post here.

Three layers. That was a new one for me. Plus, the pattern mixing was a bold move for me but seeing how the blue flowers match the blue striped dress makes me want to wear them together again. Also, the short length of the dress was a bit of a push for me but with thick black tights I didn’t feel exposed. This is definitely a kick booty outfit! See original post here.

This jacket is several years old and is always making waves all on it’s own with it’s pretty ruffles cascading down the front. I wish some retailer would bring it back in stock because I would buy it in several colors!

Plus, I finally got out of my navy blue equals school uniform mindset this winter and bought several items like this pretty dress in navy. This outfit is simple but well put together, in my opinion. See original post here.

This picture has bare ankles so I don’t know if I can say it’s a true Michigan winter outfit even though I took it in December. Ok, we’ll call it a mild winter outfit.

I love how the jacket and tennies are the same color and pull the outfit together. Also, I love the length of the cozy sweater, covering my backside. Because the cowl neck of the sweater is bulky, it’s hard to wear a scarf but that just means it’s a good time to add a pretty necklace.

The jacket and sweater are more boxy and full where the pants are slim-fitting which balance out this outfit. I’ve worn it often in this combination. See original post here.

Ok, my three items of gratitude for today:

I am grateful for all of your lovely comments. Even if I don’t get a chance to answer them, I read them and respond in my head to you!

I am grateful for my new job at the winery. Do you have any idea how fun it is to talk about wine with customers? And that most of them are women? Super fun!

I am grateful for the Netflix show Chef’s Table. What a great show to learn about people, food, culture and different locations in the world. It really seems like a little vacation when I watch it with it’s beautiful cinematography and music.

Ok, I’m off to work today since it’s Wine Down Wednesday and the ladies come in thirsty! See you tomorrow!
